FitBlue is an exercise and wellness program available to eligible BlueCross BlueShield of Western New York and BlueShield of Northeastern New York Medicare Advantage HMO and PPO plans that offer members an opportunity to stay active and stay healthy.

FitBlue members receive a $0 co-pay, month-to-month fitness membership and access to wellness programs which may include:

• wellness classes and nutritional information
• use of the facility cardiovascular equipment
• strength building machines and other equipment available to all other club members
• where applicable, access to aquatic classes or less organized aquatic exercise
